We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); (b) performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)); (c) our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

7. Hosting & Infrastructure

Our service is hosted via Vercel (EU region) and Supabase (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is processed within the EU/EEA. We have data processing agreements in place with all sub-processors.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for MLC Holding GmbH is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
